Per-host traffic over the last week with the four agent classes as columns (AI scrapers split out), and the most-followed short links. Reads the new stats service at api.muchq.com/stats/v1 (MoonBase#1460); renders a plain offline notice while the stats profile isn't deployed.

Adds a Stats tab beside Host/Containers: per-host traffic with browser/AI-scraper/bot breakdowns and top iili short links, from the new stats service (muchq/MoonBase#1460). Shows an offline notice until that service is deployed, so this can merge first.
Tested with npm test and npm run typecheck.
